The breakfast of this place was very very good except for the coffee, truly enjoyed it. The venue's position was very central. There was a pleasant restaurant, a supermarket and department shops next door...

Grounds were kept clean, breakfast was traditional and satisfactory. The location turned out to be great and fantastic, next to Bangkok at 8 am as well as malls, 7/11, laundry and the all important BTS station. It also was very close to everything.

In overall the room was spacious and luxurious and with decent bed, the bedroom, as for instance. The location was marvellous and perfect - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. You could walk to a shopping mall and a market.

It's fairly clean small hotel with very kind staff and a favourable location. The breakfast is very good, includes a wide array of meals.

Extremely limited breakfast, it should definitely be improved.

Went back to Kingston Suites for a second time after our stay during Christmas.When we went to the front desk for check in, they recognised us especially my nephew, Jordan. We were surprised. The next thing we asked for the same Room which we last stay. And our request was met and given the same room again. It is just like coming back home. Thank you. My nephew enjoy his stay on both occasion because Mr Nord and Mr Pat from the front desk is his good friend now.The tuk tuk driver is polite always a "sawadee" greeting from him everytime he see you. Breakfast is also very relaxing and comfortable. The atmosphere at the cafe is really not the same as those big hotel which you need to rush cos there is crowd. At the cafe you can take your time to enjoy your breakfast. The spread is not alot but it is enough and good. Will definitely go back to Kingston Suites if we are in Bangkok. And it will be our "Number One Choice".

Magnificent, incredibly comfortable location in Sukhumvit district really close to shopping center, mall, train, money exchange, good breakfast a highly recommended, and Terminal 21 shopping mall and metro station Nana. Particularly helpful, sincere people working here.

I recently stayed at Kingston Suites and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with malls, a 7/11, a laundry service, and the BTS station all within a short walk or a free tuktuk ride from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with recent upgrades and a top-quality LG 4k TV. The staff was friendly and hospitable, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent amenities.

wonderful large room. great location, within minutes to all the transportation and shopping etc. Staff very friendly, breakfasts were the best----very well laid out and staff very attentive. We would stay here in a heartbeat!

It would have been nice to have a pool but that is by no means a show stopper.

Smell in the bathroom (vents?); Plus, had some difficulties communicating with reception in English.

This hotel is situated in a great location, just a short walk to the main street and Terminal 21 shopping mall. It is also conveniently close to transportation options, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and had a great bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast offered was basic but sufficient. The hotel even offers free shuttle rides to nearby streets upon request, adding to the convenience and value of the stay.

It is worth noting that some facilities, such as the pool and gym, were out of order during my stay.

Nice and absolutely brilliant hotel in a good area next to Terminal 21 and Asoke station, center area Bangkok and Malls such as Siam Mall, MBK mall. Polite, welcoming staff, traditional breakfast. Exceptionally comfortable bed and fairly quiet and luxury rooms. Such great overall experience.

Very friendly staff. A spotlessly clean, large comfortable room with a great shower. The breakfast was excellent and the the restaurant food was excellent and reasonably priced. Very reasonably priced.

The free internet did not work well at all and the one elevator is very small.
